The first case study we will analyze is a different form of venture, linked to sport, This helps the entire society, which progresses through the club. The Viceroys Rugby Club is a venture of a group of athletes and coaches who decided the best way to engage with the real situation in Argentina was to teach what they loved and knew how to do well: rugby practice.

Thus was born the Viceroys Project, an emerging rugby schoolhouse established in the town of Viceroys, Partido de San Fernando, aimed at promoting social inclusion and building community ties through rugby practice and education in values.

The schoolhouse, initiated in early 2003, grew too much too soon. The enthusiasm of the boys, the dedication of coaches and volunteers, the vision of companies and individuals who were eager to cooperate generously, FATE support, who gave the physical space, and cooperation of the Diocese of San Isidro and area schools, produced a sporting and social phenomenon of significant impact on the lives of children and their families and the people involved in the project.

The Project hosts Viceroys 400 players from 6 and 19 years from vulnerable families. Today attained legal status as a civil association without profit under the name of Viceroys Rugby Club, and as such has been enrolled in the Rugby Union of Buenos Aires.

The achievements prompted the City of San Fernando to give up on free loan for ten years, with an option for another ten, an area of three hectares at the Parque de la Reconquista for Viceroys RC. build your home.
This new venture, fundamental for the consolidation of the Project, presupposes the improvement of land for the construction of the courts and the rest of the facilities that constitute the physical space of a Club. In February 2007 was carried out moving the club's activities to its own headquarters, while continuing the fitting of its facilities
